these are the days i cherish. doing a cheat the day before and still losing more than 1 lb. other reminders and observations;
- a cheat tastes so good and so much more appreciated when its a treat!
-i need to learn from prior mistakes that a cheat has to be a treat. where i start to get into trouble is convincing myself "it worked for one day, maybe i can get away with it again tomorrow"! rinse and repeat. it does not work! and its an addictive trap. discipline! discipline! let a cheat only be a treat!
