Thing wrong with old age is the body dosen't necessarily cooperate with your mind. Got up this am with aches in muscles I didn't know I had. Then my blood pressure did a dido to the low side. Life philosophy: Choices you make and actions you take today_ may not hold true when you are past 75. Maybe it's time for lake therapy. Still upbeat. Weight down another two pounds if the scales at gym are correct.
