feels so nice to see those 10 pounds less,98cm on my waist line, when I started at 107 cm. its been almost a month since I started, I can say it's not easy, it takes sacrifice, I had to quit my favorite food, pasta, in a month I only ate pasta once and just 1/2 cup, and it was difficult, but I feel better, I like that now I try clothe and doesn't feel to tight, I'll keep up my good work.
