Went to the doctor's office yesterday and WOAH- back up to 138? Maybe I need to get a scale so I can weight myself a little more regularly than once every few months. I'm just so anti-scale... obviously I know I've been getting heavier, I can see it in the mirror and in the way my clothes fit, but it does help to track progress. Time to get back into a healthy lifestyle! I'm going to set two goals to work on:
1) No more after-work snacking (before dinner). I'm in such a bad habit of walking through the door and grabbing candy/cookies/whatever is within reach.
2) Exercise at least 3 days a week. I'll try to build that up to 6 at some point, but let's start with 3.
