I Had a labrum hip surgery today, any suggestions on how to adjust my diet during recovery?

You’re body is super inflamed from surgery. Lots of liquids, bone broths.... yummy 🍲 pho if you like it. Keep it light the first week, especially if on pain meds, because they can make you nauseous and by light, I mean eat, just a lot of soups, teas, sherbet, scrambled eggs, yogurt especially if you’re on an antibiotic post surgery.
