This morning is chest,shoulders and triceps. it is quite the workout. Last week I was so sore the next day I couldn't do yoga so hoping its not that bad this week. I have abs tonight and then will get in a cardio workout tonight cuz have can't go home whille little guy has rangers. Eatting was on plan yesterday and today is going to be as well. oh and size 12 pants are offically tooo big. yay!!!
