Happy Presidents day - I hope everyone had a great day today. I am super grateful that I got a lot of meal prep completed. at least I got the meat all cooks and portioned out. I really love to BBQ and this was a huge amount to prepare and finish. all in all, it was 18 hours for the brisket and 10 hours for the pork butt. Another find is these cheese wraps that I made a lunch sandwich out of - I did add bell pepper to it as well and it was 300 calories and 3 net carbs. I am so glad that I can find healthy choices and can enjoy tons of meal options.
