I seem to have lost focus. I'm still doing well with the eating plan and exercise, BUT have not lost any weight in three weeks, so I'm just plain discouraged. Ugh!

Persistence and patience will get you to goal. Look at how your clothes are fitting. Some times we lose fat and don't see it on the scale. It is frustrating but you are doing great things for your health and body. The scale will catch up. Keep going!
