BF= 39.8% (+1.6 lbs). Aargh! Wasn't feeling well and didn't get any exercises or walking in at all this week and still have constipation but has improved a little bit. Will continue to keep at it. Feel good enough finally to take a walk today.
164.4 lb Lost so far: 42.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
