Well, I'm officially exhausted. Moving yesterday and getting a poor night's sleep isn't boding well for today's productivity, but hopefully if I take it kind of easy today and sleep on an air mattress or something instead of a cot, I'll be more rested tomorrow! I'll definitely try to work out today, though my head is kind of pounding, so I'll probably end up just eating lighter and taking it easy. I suppose the good news is that when I'm tired, I tend to be less hungry?

I also had my first Shakeology shake this morning, and I'm a little excited and skeptical about the health benefits it promises. One thing to note, IT DOESN'T TASTE LIKE A WENDY'S FROSTY (some youtube reviewer of Shakeology said that). That being said, it did taste pretty good, and for a shake consisting of a cup of milk, scoop of powder, and ice, I feel pretty full! I'll try to keep this updated on how I feel (and I really need to weigh in, though I'm nervous!), and hopefully I'll be feeling less tired and weary after a good night's sleep tonight!
