Did yoga this morning followed by a brief auxiliary workout. The yoga was tough and really worked my core and shoulders; I actually did some handstands for a minute at one point. Love it. The workout I did afterwards was just a couple heavy sets for my arms and calves, as well as some bar hangs for grip strength. Basically just giving the helper muscles some heavy direct stimuli since they aren't focused on during the main training days.
