I'm back...in force. :) Well, we'll see, anyway. I just finished my workout, Day 39. As tough as it is, I still don't even burn 400 calories from it! Oh well, it is what it is!

Ctlss - I WISH I could say I stayed the same, eating and drinking and not even following klannoye's cool diet plan....I just won't weigh myself until I no longer feel bloated. A new "food" off my list of things I can eat with some degree of control - pita chips! Nope, can't stop, glad they're gone, and hopefully back on the diet and healthier way of eating once again. I didn't do too badly - just more than usual, a lot more wine than usual, and the damn pita chips! Live and learn. My brother saw a bit of my workouts and was visibly impressed! I think he thought when I said I was working out that I was doing a bit of exercise here and there.

As usual, had a lot of fun when my brother was here - no stress like there can be with guests. He's just easy to have around :) I didn't even end up cooking, which is weird. Ended up picking up Subway last night as it was after 7:00 when we finished with the thrift store. I was so hungry by that time I ate the whole sandwich, which I don't normally do, either. So, between all the pita chips AND the subway sandwich AND the wine...I've had a sodium overload. New day....

Thanks, I'm feeling a little better. Still tired. I feel clammy. Yeah, clammy is the right word. You'd think I had went out and ran miles and miles. Alas no, just a "bug" taking me down. :( Kids and bringing home their darn germs! As to the BUG in my name. My dad called me Jackie June Bug when I was little.

RWL, life is short. So glad that you had a great time with your brother. As for the pita chips, Subway, and of course the red wine, well like I said, life is short. AS for your brother and your workout....I'll bet he was impressed! That is one helluva workout!! And like Klannoye, I really hope that you didn't hurt him!! Great job! <3
