S olor=violet][/color]SSo far i am in my 8th week of weight watchers and my weight is lose 3 gain 2 lose 1; back and forth up and down. I have discovered that iam a emotional eater. Seems like the more stress the more i make the wrong choices and the wrong portions. I am not a very active person, my knees are not good, so alot of walking really hurts. Walking is a free activity but swimming is my exercise of choice. When i get really stressed I just want to quit.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

heres an idea..you enjoy swimming, so why not take out your stress in the pool? Whenever you have a stress full day, or you want to reach for the food, try and get out to a pool and swim off the stress. I have been dealing with alot of stress myself, and am also an emotional eater. what I try to do is to decoade my emotions, ask yourself, am I RAELLY hungry?? or is it something else? If you seriously are hungry, then eat, but something heahlthy, if you crave chips..chances are that its not truley hungar, yet something else. Dont ever quit, because you CAN do this!
