I've taken about a week off of my usual eating habits due to my lagging interest levels, short-term goal achievement (hitting 163 & maintaining @165), and Labor Day holiday picnics/bbq's. Starting back to regular routine today!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
