I started my Vegan diet.
121.4 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

January 15ish 2013, I started a Vegan diet. When I was weighed on February 2nd, I lost 4lbs(from being a 121 to 117.2).
