I'm back on Atkins-WW wasn't my diet...I have to lose quicker than a snail's pace to stay motivated! Anyway..back on induction..any advice? Also, I do not want to get constipated...what type of supplements should I buy?

Any fiber supplement will help. I like KONSYL which is not flavored and doesn't contain sugar or sweetener. Take it with plenty of water when you eat food, and it won't create gas.

I just started back today! How is induction going? I was going to start south beach but the idea of induction was overwhelming... boy have I changed I use to look forward to it. Starting the count down!
