desifink's Journal, 07 September 2010

I've had a couple of false starts the last few weeks. Boot camp started again today, and I really felt the lack of exercise and healthy eating. It kind of ticks me off how quickly you can lose the fitness gains you get from exercising, but it takes much longer to actually make any progress. It is what it is, though. Committing to the healthy eating & exercise yet again today.

I know exactly what you mean. It seems so unfair that you have to work for 4 weeks to regain the fitness that you lost in 1 week of slacking! It's doubly unfair that it's so much harder for women than men >:(
