Second day back to FS. Wellness plan is starting okay, exercise is limited due to recovery from surgery but I am increasing on a daily basis. I hope to add some strength work out tomorrow. My objective is to get healthy if I drop weight that is okay but need to get healthy. I will no next step in recover after next doctor appointment, May 30th.
