Finally in the 240's!!! I'm in the orange!!! God that feels good! I can't wait until the walking challenge begins so I can up my walking a bit and get into the yellow!!

247.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb. Still to go: 61.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 8.8 lb a week
