Weighing myself everyday probably isn’t a good idea, but curiosity kills me! I thought I did a good job with my food yesterday, but the scale says otherwise. We made tacos for dinner, and I had mine as a bowl with cauliflower rice, ground beef, and salsa. No cheese, super low carb, but I guess the beef was still bad enough to impact me. I generally prefer fish and veggies anyways, so my body may be slow at processing it. Oh well, today is a new day, and another chance at improving!
