hahahahahaha.... My buddies make me SMILE so much! Thanks...I'm feeling the love! :) And...I actually HAVE worked out every day since my brother got here. Which surprises me, as not as much sleep, and that sleep being not of the highest quality (alcohol will DO that) and just tossing him out so I can do my workout in there. We've been having a lot of fun, spent quality time with the kids, too. Now David's met their friends, too, and also likes them. We haven't done much - too hot to go many places, although we did hit a thrift store today. found another pair of jeans :) We were up last night until 3:30, so we weren't moving much for a long time. Yesterday we did our usual Walmart trip -don't know why we always seem to have to go there. Then went to Total Wine & More and of course, found things to put in our basket. Unfortunately, he's leaving tomorrow.

Today was Day 38 of Insanity and it was Max Interval Circuit. It was an hour long, and pretty tough. I really thought I'd do maybe half of it, maybe a bit more and call it good. But I ened up doing it all and feel pretty good about that.

I've missed posting and I've missed reading everyone's journals. And missed writing klannoye! Although the sweetie hasn't let me down! So to all my FS buddies...<3 you! :) Thanks for making me smile today...nice to be missed :)

OH, for the record...no scarf n barf, booze n lose, not even any birthday bulimia going on...might have to work on that one! :)

Im SO sure Shawn would be SO on board with THAT!!! lmao. AND you did the whole work out??? wow-zer. Yea YOU. I love those times you think you'll do a half ass job....and then surprise yourself and throw the WHOLE ass into it. lol. SO you go girl......... No scarf'n'barf, no booze'n'lose, no birthday bulemia and still you are down, even with the brother visiting and enjoying your beverage of choice!! How brilliant is that????? And yes we were sitting, patiently waiting your return to FS. A complete Insanity workout!! Wow, I am impressed!! I humbly bow at your feet. You are "da bomb"! Hope that you enjoyed your visit with you brother!
