Not a bad day on the food front today. Three good meals consisting of lots of good fat and protein, and a whole heap of healthy vegetables. I could have done with some more exercise, but that would have eroded my calorie count and as I'm trying to get my calorie count up I can't afford to do too much exercise unless I am willing to eat more food, which I know I should do, but it's all slowly coming together.
