Much better day, and I stuck to my diet like a good girl, LOL. It even showed on the scale! Dieting can be frustrating, but as long as you find ways to keep the food interesting and delicious, then it shouldn’t be as frustrating and exhausting as dieting sounds. Only a few days in, so there’s plenty of good and bad days ahead.
