Yesterday [Mother's Day] was a total bust for me food-wise... I fell 'off the wagon' and fell HARD! Had 4 drinks! plus brunch PLUS a SNICKER'S bar! [followed by cheese and pepperoni !? why?] PIGGED OUT!
Back still too bad to exercise... am anxiously waiting on MP3 player...
Got to get back on track from this weekend's splurges... SERIOUSLY!
