This week was my last paid week for my weight loss phase. As you can see I didnt make my goal, so I had to buy some more weeks. I got 6 more, but didnt have to pay for them, I had a $50 in store credit that I used, and it was half off. So that was a deal! My average is only 1.1 pounds per week. I've got to step it up and meet my new goal. I cant remember what phase is next, is it maintenance or stabilization? Do you get extra foods on the plan? Does anyone know how that works?

When I signed up, they told me in 15 weeks I would loose 30lbs, of course if I stayed on plan the whole time. Well I didn't, so they said that if I don't buy more weeks, then they would go ahead and put me on the stabilization phase, and I really want to loose the next 10lbs. So that's why I got 6 more weeks, no charge to me, yeh!!

They used to base their pricing on goal weight. For example if you want to lose forty pounds they would calculate that you lose two pounds per week and it would take you 20 weeks. I think that is a very unrealistic number for weight loss. I am averaging slightly over a pound a week. In the beginning I did lots better. I too got some "free" time but it is only two months so I don't know what I will do when my time is up. Anyhow that won't be till next November, so need to worry about it now. So they let you start stabilization and maintenance even if you have not met goal? That would be great because I don't think I will ever weigh 140. I don't think that is a realistic goal for me.
