feeling a little defeated. desperate to get back to gym. sinuses r a mess, feeling blah and no energy. vertigo is horrible. Weight is everywhere. appetite is crazy, probably because I feel so run down. can't get n to doctor. grrrrrrrrrrr leg hurts like crazy, knee is hurting again. just shot me now I'm feeling broken!
