My New Journal Resolution: I will use this to record my daily 4 miles time (because it's just getting too hard to open excel) and to record my weekly BloodPressure and Weights for the Dr. Hey, I'm already here, might as well use it!

Encourgaged along my route today by neighbors tending gardens with wishes of "Happy Mother's Day". Glad now I didn't decide to go earlier :)


Todays 4 mile time: 1:00:04 - walked alone 7:30am.
