i forgot to weigh in on friday, but i've maintained, which is honestly a lot better than i thought i would do.

today i did kind of bad, but i got two of my friends to go to the gym & eat healthy with me today :) so that's good.
i almost have my subway order perfected! just mustard instead of oil/vinegar. :)

anyways, after this week i want to get back into it. i'm actually thinking of starting a vlog about weightloss, so if i end up doing that you'll know!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
