put my weight back where I thought it was. Maybe I had a five pound blip. I thought it was really weird to weight 171 but on monday I weight 169. Is that was stress does for you? Any way now my weight loss feels more normal.
174.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
