Overdid it on Friday, but still had a small calorie deficit, so I'm not too upset.
Going to try to get some running equipment (shoes, etc.) next week so I can start that... but jeez, it's taking me longer than I'd like due to unavoidable things :P
Well, the point is do always do better, so yeah...
