OK...so, in terms of calories and foods eaten, Friday not so good.
Today, a little better...
I'm going to try, this coming week, to eat mostly very healthy foods, plan my meals ahead of time, drink water before meals, and aim for an approximately 1000 calorie diet. (I know if I am for 800 to 1000 I end up, after all is said, done and recorded, more at the 1100 to 1400 range anyway so this should be fine.)
