Day 53 - Just Checking in for my weigh in, weight is steady so thats okay! this time last week i ate enough calores for three days so im pretty happy with that. I know my muscles are retaining alot of water because they are sooo sore but maybe once they repair this weekend next week will show a new number. No number beats the defintion in my quads and abs tightening up :) So far on track for the weekend and it is going to stay that way. Had a killer workout last night, ran alot of hills and stairs and worked on arms, back and abs. I tend to hold all the extra weight in one place. I almost wish that the seven pounds was evenly distributed, because when you have such a small frame and the excess goes in one spot it certainly shows. However when you loose a pound it looks like five, but the same is true for when you gain a pound. People are starting to notice and are excited for how i look, which makes me excited too. Plan for today, low day on the zig zag of food plan, started it off with egg whites and english muffin and lots of proetein and veggies for the rest of the day..easy on the carbs. Ill stay busy with GTL i wont even notice its a low day and then before you know it my man will be home!
