I am so depressed and discouraged. Ive been back on my A game with my diet and vigorously working out, drinking plenty of water for 14 days or so now. Ive lost a little weight but the last three days nothing! Not only am i not loosing im GAINING! like .5-1.5 per day. I dont think its water and I know its not muscle yet (takes like a good month or working out like i am to build 1 lb lean muscle)
I dont know what to do, its hard to stick with it when nothing is working. Ive been so strict with my diet, and doing 45-60 min of cardio & 1 hour strentgh training 5x week. I just want to crawl in a hole today :(

Don't worry, your body is fluctuating. I wouldn't weigh myself everyday. I'd choose a day out of the week and make that your weigh day. And everyone is different. I know it's really hard for me to lose weight and SUPER easy to gain it. Don't be discouraged :)

Like Alexis said, it's not at all unusual to stay at a particular weight, maybe even up a bit, like you are, for several days even when you're doing everything right on plan. Stick with it! If you'd like more specific advice, you could go back to filling in your daily Diet and Exercise calendars/diaries and then there are lots of people on this site who could give you some other options to consider. Definitely don't let yourself get discouraged. I was ecstatic when I went below 200. That was 17 days ago. Been playing with 197-198 ever since. Just seems to be the way my body is. This is the longest stretch like that so far though. I actually stopped using sugar free Torani syrup today to see if that may be the reason for this longer stall.
