This week has been dismal. Frustrated from the lack of movement and increased workouts I let myself go and cheated Monday and Wednesday. Pasta one night, and bread and dessert the other. I am contemplating going back to phase 1.

Im a newbie and I dont know what to recommend rather than to tell you it looks to me like youre doing a good job and to hang in there!

Do you feel like you are building muscle with your workouts? While we all have a tendancy to gauge our success by the number on the scale - think of it in terms of getting more physically fit. The added muscle will help burn more fat and speed up metabolism...give it time. Don't give up...keep looking forward - towards your goal!

going back to phase one will help break that little habit you are getting again, of sweets and breads...and you might notice that after a week of it, you will have dropped a couple pounds again and will be back on track. i have found that sometimes the odd treat actually helps :)
