only 5 weeks till my 10k, need to buckle down and get some more running in, i gave it a break for a week. My friend signed up with me so I got someone doing it with me. :-) I think I will wait till my race is over to get a new trainer, then I can focus less on cardio and more on weights and tonning.
I have been lacking motivation this week, need to find that inner strength again.
