WI Mommy's Journal, 18 August 2008

Down a pound...pretty good considering all that I ate and drank this past week. Plus I didn't log which is never good. I hope to lose another 3 pounds this week. I would love to be 130 by next week; leaving me with the last 5 pounds to lose with 5 weeks to go before our vacation out East. It's doable, just need to stay focused and keep my eye on the prize!!!
133.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
