my arms and legs ache, but I am down 3 lbs (on my scale anyway) who knew working the triceps would be so painful?
I have so much to do today, I'm hoping I remember to get some milage in... wish me luck.
one thing i want to reccomend to everyone readying this is leslie sansone's walk at home. http://www.lesliesansone.com/about/aboutwalkathome.htm she is peppy, perky and annoying (as is all people who do those videos) but this one is a free mile that will make you sweat. her videos/dvds are also available at costco or walmart if you're looking for one that's good and works.
oh! news! I measured myself. yes it seems weird but it's very good for a burst of confidence when the scale hasn't been moving, or worse if it's moving the wrong direction! I measured myself back in may and again 3 months later now in August. it turns out I lost 2 inches off my bust, 0 off my waist, and 1.5 inches off my hips! it doesn't seem like much but hellu? I have 3.5 inches that are off my body that ain't comin' back! yay! if I can do it, so can you!
