Well, today is the 1st day of the rest of my life..... I am really excited about the direction and new motivation I have in my life. I'm ready for some positive feed back!

Ditto on the Good Luck! I know how hard it can be to get started on exercise, especially when you haven't in a while. I started out with something called the Tibetan Five Rites - a simple routine that starts out with a small number of repetitions which are easily done in a small space with gradual increases in repetitions each week. http://www.mkprojects.com/fa_TibetanRites.htm explains it better than I could here. Anyway, now I do 21 each day and it has helped me gain much-needed muscle tone so I can do other exercises more easily.

WOW! The same exact thing happened to me. I was at a good weight my whole life until I moved out and started going to college, then I just blew up. Good Luck to you and I know if I can do it you can do it. Just surround yourself with positive people. Once the weight started coming off and I started getting compliments, that was all the motivation I needed.
