well today is my free day. i have mixed feelings about it. While it feels good to have one day to not stress over food, i feel like i'm cheating myself out of a day to burn calories. BUT, i feel that i need this day to make crap food less tempting during the rest of the week. Well see, this is kind of a trial and error thing, so i'll see how my weight does over the next few weeks with a 'spike day' and see how it plays out. I havent lost anything in the last 2 months so it really cant do any harm lol
