Weight up a bit again today, to 189. I've been on track, though, so certain it will turn around soon. Last night's chili was excellent...so excellent I plan to have it for lunch today also. Tonight's dinner is salmon.
The weather will be warming back up over the weekend, but looks promising for a Sunday morning family hike, and my daughter wants lunch at Fuddruckers. It's a hamburger place...with an extensive fixin's bar. They have healthier options for bun and fries (such as wheat bun, and sweet potato fries). A little high in calories, but it's hard to avoid eating out all the time so I've determined that once on the weekends I'm going to allow it. I will just opt for the healthier choices available. I do love Fuddruckers though, I won't lie. lol

On the plus side, after my workout my weight was 187.8. The lowest I've seen it earlier in the week was 188.4, even after workouts, so that tells me it's dropping, even though my weight was a little higher when I first woke up this morning. Water retention. Ugh.

Yeah, I'm having some water retention issues right now too. We used to have Fuddruckers here, but it closed years ago. I do miss the food there, the burgers were huge!

They really are huge. A huge order of fries also. I may have to portion it out. Or maybe order a kids meal, if they will let me. I love the fixin's bar though...and at least that part is healthy. lol All the veggies you could ever want to put on a burger.
