had my cheat day Saturday pizza and breaded cauliflower. well worth it I felt. gives me something to look foward to and keeps me from going off my diet the rest of the week. this week will be challenging since they will be having junk food all week at work in honor of nurses week.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
