really excited I didn't gain more weight back with the new job because I am wore out and not eating well for dinner. So I'll take it. went and got my swim on today for first time since starting job. gotta plan better to get to gym. carry on.
214.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
