I just had to weigh this morning.. I just couldn't let the 288 stay and my ticker read "gaining 7 lbs a week... too much pride? Here's hoping for Sunday's weigh in.. I have a major long rest of the week with half my staff gone and two weddings... one on Sat and one on Sunday...at least I will have Monday. I must prepare ahead and force drink my water.

Ha Ha Ha! I hate it when my ticker says I am gaining too. I was 219 on Friday and then I pigged out over the weekend. I didnt want my line to look like a roller coaster so I have waited till tomorrow to weigh in and will just show a flat line for this week. It's funny, the little things that can annoy us.
