I had a successful weigh-in this morning in spite of my transgressions...

Think how well I could've done if I had walked the 'straight and narrow'...

I'm going to be doing the 5 mile walk every day now, and see what impact that will have on my weight releasing journey...

Am still studying my journal and reading up on 'mood eating' preventative tactics...

I find it all extremely helpful to my realizing why/where my downfalls lie... [mistakes are only truly a loss if we don't learn something from them...] and every time I've 'fallen off the wagon', I've gained something more than weight! [LOL] I've gained the knowledge of how to NOT REPEAT the same mistake again!

The internet has a veritable wealth of knowledge available on the subject, and with a little effort and a lot of soul-searching, you, too, can stop your self defeating habits and come out on the other side, none the worse for wear....

I'm looking forward to this upcoming week and all the possibilities it holds for me!

Definitely in a good place mentally [and physically] Hope it continues... [I must file this in my archives for review when I'm feeling down or lost...]
