Well, I didn't eat beans all day. We ran out. Imagine, a whole crock pot full of beans gone in such a short period of time. I'm making more tomorrow :)
I am so tired; housework is hard on the stamina! I'm happy, though; it's good exercise!
Hopefully, I can continue on this healthier trend in eating, and get a more habitual activity-schedule going also.
