2nd day of Vi shape shake..(yesterday)
Worked night shift so I took it to my work for supper.
I had normal tea at 6pm, Had shake around 11pm, feeling hungry by 3am. It should be lasts longer?? I was drinking well, actually drank about 4 cups of coffee.
145.1 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
