I did great yesterday, eventhough I ate a little more than I previously recorded in my food journal, it was all healthy stuff. I did drink 3 liters of water yesterday, Yay me. I will drink 3 liters today and everyday from now on. I was down one pound this morning. Yay! Feeling great about my days journey, have a slim day all.
