I tried an at home body wrap. by combining epsom salt essential oils and sunflower oil with boiling water then soaking some long johns in it and wraping myself in plastic wrap then getting on the treadmill for about an hour to keep my body heat up. 1st of all what a mess! and second I'm not sure it even worked, but I still want to try it again but next time I'm getting a bunch of ace wrap and cuddling up in a ton of blankets and see how that goes instead.
