I'm glad you are closer to your son now, so you won't be as lonely. You are already almost back to 245 and then you can start losing again! Gaining weight under those circumstances is to be expected, so don't beat yourself up about it! It's a fresh start for you. I wish you all the success in your journey!

Hi Dave. I'm a widow, and I'm so sorry for your loss of your dear wife and your ongoing pain. I hope that being closer to your son is also of some comfort to you now.
