It's May day today and since it's a new month I decided to up some of the exercise and take out something. I figure i'll do that once a month and see what happens. So I jogged for 45 minutes and rode my bike for 50 so that upped both of those by 5 minutes. I did not have a Dr. Pepper today and you know what? I am still functioning, weird, huh?
